  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking information will be updated within 24–48 hours.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • International shipping may be available upon request. Additional fees and customs charges may apply.

5. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters).

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 4 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
